For over 60 years, BARR
was one of the nation's most prestigious educational film companies. Now, A-MARK EDUCATION, LLC.,
having acquired the BARR library, plans to establish its own tradition of producing
and distributing high quality educational and instructional films.
Our company mission is to improve the educational standards of our audience,
impart useful and insightful information, and to provide films which are enjoyable
to watch!

OUR POLICIES
NO-RISK GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with any order, return it within 30 days
of your invoice for credit, exchange, or refund! Simply call 310-587-1471
to receive return instructions. We would appreciate, however, that you include
a note with your return telling us why you were dissatisfied.

PAYMENT
All orders must include a Purchase Order Number and be pre-paid by check or
money order. Net 30-Day Credit Terms are also available where A-MARK EDUCATION, LLC. has
received and accepted a completed Credit Application. Claims for credit, along
with supporting documentation, should be included with your order(s).
SHIPMENT
We stock everything listed in our current catalog. If you place an order during
a break when no one will be able to review the materials, please note on your
order the date you would like shipment, and we will delay shipping and payment
processing until such time. Most orders are shipped within three to five business
days of receipt and we ship via UPS Ground Service, unless directed otherwise.
As an added service, we
can ship your order(s) anywhere within the continental United States via next-day
delivery service. An additional charge, however, will apply.
RETURNS
We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with any order, you may return it
within 30 days of the invoice date for credit, exchange, or refund, less shipping
charges.
Returned items should be
shipped via UPS, or other insured method which requires a signature, in order
to ensure your package arrives safely.
Credit, exchange, or refund
will be issued only for items returned in new condition with all components
included.
COPYRIGHTS
All materials are protected by United States and foreign copyright laws. No
materials may be used in any manner not previously approved and/or agreed to
without prior written permission from A-MARK EDUCATION, LLC and the payment of an appropriate
fee(s).
30 DAY PREVIEW POLICY
Generally speaking, we do not offer Previews to individuals or organizations
who are just "interested" in a video. A Preview is a way for qualified
potential buyers to view and evaluate our videos for use in the classroom before
finalizing a purchase.
A-MARK EDUCATION, LLC. offers a 30
Day Preview Evaluation at no cost, other than shipping. The only obligation
is that you return Previews within 30 days if you decide not to buy them. Previews
are for the purpose of evaluation only. Utilizing Previews for actual use is
strictly prohibited.
All Previews must include
a Purchase Order Number and must include a statement signed by a responsible
agent of the organization stating that he or she is aware the items must be
returned within 30 days of the invoice date or that the organization will be
responsible for payment in full. A-MARK EDUCATION, LLC. further reserves the right to
refuse, or limit the number of, Preview requests.
