This video examines the heart of the decision making process: alternatives and information. Frank Webster is in a crisis situation because he doesn’t know how to make decisions. ENTER the Decisions Unlimited crisis intervention team. Once at the counseling center, Frank reaffirms his values and goals and then is taught how to expand his alternatives. He learns to rule out nothing at this stage, using his imagination to formulate as many new alternatives as possible. Finally, he begins to gather the information he needs to make his decision.
